For short stays up to 3 nights we will keep the right of taking an extra charge up to 10 % on the regular prices.

Minimum occupation per room:             2 persons (fully paying)
Maximum occupation per room: 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children

A booking is only valid with our written booking confirmation (e-mail, fax od. letter) and your prepayment of € 100,-- per person by bank transfer within 15 days from the booking confirmation.
In case of a cancellation of the booking or parts of the booking, the prepayment will be kept as cancellation fee.
You are accepting our booking conditions with the booking confirmation.
Payments of the room invoice can be made in cash (€), EC-card, VISA or MasterCard.

Check In: from 14°° hrs       Check Out: until 11°° hrs
Early CheckIn or late CheckOut only possible if rooms are available and on consultation with the reception. Sharing of expenses € 40,-- per room.

In case of a delay of arriving or advanced departure – for what reason ever – the wohle room rent according to the booking confirmation is to pay.
We suggest a travel insurance for the right to rescind from the booking contract. (www.europaeische.at)

Apart from that the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (Austria) (AGBH 2006) as of 15 November 2006 do apply.
